Modeling and Creating a Sensor System for Investigating and Analyzing the Health Condition of the Body

Work Package 1:

Project control and management.

Activities:

  1. Coordination of activities and organization of meetings on the subject of the project. Responsibility for management and performance control.
  2. Financial and administrative management of the project.
  3. Coordination of the implementation with the FNI. Preparation and provision of project reporting materials.

Work Package 2:

A survey of our and the world's research experience in biomedical data modeling. A survey of different types of biomedical signal recording sensors.

Activities:

  1. Survey and research of our and the world's biomedical signal modeling experience.
  2. A survey of different types of biomedical signal registration sensors.
  3. Research and analyze modern eHealth methods.

Work Package 3:

Creation of models and algorithms for biomedical signal processing;

Activities:

  1. Conducting research and creating models of various physiological signals.
  2. Creation of algorithms for processing real physiological signals and converting them into digital form.

Work Package 4:

Creating a prototype of a sensor system for research and analysis of the body's health. Creation of algorithms for analysis and decision-making based on information about the health status of the organism;

Activities:

  1. Creation of a prototype of a sensor system for monitoring the health status of the body. The system will take into account various indicators such as: temperature, pulse, heart rate variability, blood oxygen content, physical state of the individual - rest or movement.
  2. Creation of a database storing the received information from the sensor system with the possibility of searching by various signs.
  3. Creation of algorithms for analysis and decision-making based on the information received from the sensor system.
